HOW TO USE
How do I use the Beard Oil?
Apply 3–6 drops (depending on beard length) into clean, slightly damp beard. Massage into hair and skin. Use daily for best results.
How do I use the Beard Balm?
Warm a small amount between your palms, then work through your beard to shape, soften, and lock in moisture.
Can I use the oil and balm together?
Yes. Apply oil first for moisture, then balm to seal and style.
How long before I see results?
Most customers notice softer, more manageable facial hair within a few days, with fuller appearance developing over a few weeks of consistent use.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide within the United States. International shipping options may be added soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. After your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
My package says delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it still doesn’t show up within 48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Email us at grooming@kingsandlotus.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
