We want you to feel confident shopping with Kings & Lotus. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

Refund Process

  1. Email us at grooming@kingsandlotus.com with your order number

  2. We’ll send instructions for returning your item

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, opened grooming products cannot be returned.
